TERMS & CONDITIONS
ESTIMATED QUOTES
Estimated quotes are not the final price but a close estimation to start the job.
DEPOSITS
A 50% deposit is required for services estimated on the quote before commencement of the job.
All materials are to be paid in full from the total estimated price on the quote before commencement of the job.
Deposits are required to be paid with proof of receipts provided by the client for services & materials, 24 hours minimum before commencement of the job quoted.
FINAL PAYMENTS
Final payment is to be made on completion day or date of invoice, with proof of receipt by the client.
LATE PAYMENTS & PENALTIES
Penalties will apply to overdue payments three days after from due date of the invoice. The penalty charges are $10.00 per day for the unpaid invoice.
EXTRA SERVICES & MATERIALS
Extra services and materials are to be paid in advance as per terms & conditions to continue the job if it takes longer than estimated on the quote or more extra materials are required. Extra deposits will be made by client as per terms & conditions.
DELAYS
If the proposed scheduled time to complete the job is delayed by the client or any other trades, out of C4acres Constructions control. Progress payments have to be made in accordance to the job progress & final payment on the due date of the invoice.
UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
Please note any variations or unforeseen circumstances changing the scope of works stated on the quote will be addressed with the client before commencement of changes to the job original estimation price on the quote, and the client is obliged to pay the discrepancy from the original price quoted, this include for extra services and extra materials.
CONTRACT AGREEMENT
Estimated quotes are to be signed by customer to agree to the terms & conditions before comment of the job.
